A veteran’s guide to building freedom, income, and purpose through franchise ownership.
No cost. No obligation. Just clarity on your next move.
Decisions feel slow. Expectations are unclear. Your leadership is underutilized. And the connection between effort and outcome disappears.
You were trained to execute at a high level. But the civilian workforce often doesn’t know what to do with that.

It’s no longer: “How do I succeed in this role?”
It becomes:
“Is this environment built for how I operate?”
For many veterans, the answer leads to one place:
Business Ownership.
Franchising sits between employment and entrepreneurship, giving you control without chaos.
With the right franchise and the right owner in the right market, franchising is the safer and more predictable path to business onwership.
With most franchises the concept has been tested, proven, refined, and replicated across many diverse markets.
Most franchises require no industry experience and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
With a franchise you aren't figuring everything out as you go. You're executing a proven operational playbook with a shared mission.
Scaling as a franchisee can be as simple as adding more territories, or even stacking adjacent brands into a business portfolio.

With nearly every franchisor in the United States, military veterans rise to the top of the ideal candidate list for a variety of reasons.
You're comfortable with sacrifice, hard work, and calculated risk. You are mission driven. You know how to rely upon and be relied upon by your band of brothers and sisters. You're wired for discipline and focus. You've learned how to endure adversity, adapt, adjust, and overcome.
Franchisors value veterans so much that there are often built-in discounts and incentives reserved only for our nation's heroes.

The franchise model has been around since men began selling Singer sewing machines door to door in the 1800's. There are over 4,000 franchise systems in the U.S. today and the International Franchise Association projects about 12,000 new franchise locations will open in 2026. This is a well-worn path you'll walk with professionals who possess decades of real world experience.

I'm not a military veteran, but I am a proud American with a great love for our country and the freedom and way of life that this nation gives me and my family.
I know that these blessings have been secured for all of us through centuries of sacrifice and hardship endured by the bravest warriors to ever walk, ride, sail, or fly over the harshest battlefields known to man.
I also understand that many warriors never return home, and often the ones who do are changed forever, sometimes physically, often mentally and emotionally, and that return home can, at times, be more difficult than the battlefields they fought upon.
In 2022 I began helping men and women find career alignment through business ownership. I founded the award-winning Quantum Franchise Group in 2023. Since 2022 my team and I have collectively helped over 150 people become business owners.
Today we are contracted with approximately 500 franchises across 37 industries who have entrusted us to identify the best candidates to help expand their brands into new markets.
As I've met with the franchise development executives at these companies, I've heard over and over about their love and appreciation for military veterans and all of the entrepreneurial qualities they bring to the table that many non-military candidates do not. It's a tremendous honor to partner with these companies to welcome you into the national family of franchise owners where you can find your next great mission, one focused on creating your own legacy and changing the world around you for the better right here at home.
"On the battlefield, the military pledges to leave no soldier behind. As a nation, let it be our pledge that when they return home, we leave no veteran behind." ~Dan Lipinski
